Privacy policy

What we collect

Account details: your name, email address, and password (stored hashed — we can't read it).

Order details: delivery address, phone number, and what you bought — needed to fulfil orders and resolve disputes.

Shop details (vendors): business name, city, CAC number and ID documents you submit for verification, your WhatsApp number if you add one, and the bank account you connect for payouts.

Usage basics: standard technical logs (IP address, browser) kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.

What we never hold

Card details. Payments are processed by Paystack, a licensed Nigerian payment processor — your card information goes to them directly and never touches our servers.

AI features

When you use Feli (our shopping assistant), AI listing drafts, or price negotiation, the content you provide (messages, part photos, offer notes) is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate the response. We don't use your data to train AI models.

Who we share data with

Vendors see the delivery details of their own orders. Buyers see vendor shop information.

Service providers that make the platform work: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Paystack (payments and payouts), Anthropic (AI features). Each receives only what its function requires.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and as long as we're legally required to retain transaction records. Verification documents are stored privately and only visible to our review team.

Your rights (NDPR)

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). Email hello@felisolve.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
