What FeliSolve is
FeliSolve Stores is a marketplace: vendors list and sell auto parts, buyers purchase them. We are not the seller — we provide the platform, escrow protection, and tools that make the trade safe for both sides.
Escrow — how the money moves
When a buyer pays, the money is held in escrow. The vendor is paid only after the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically 3 days after the order is marked shipped if the buyer neither confirms nor disputes.
If a dispute is opened before release, the money stays held until our team resolves it — either refunding the buyer or releasing to the vendor, based on the evidence.
Fees
Joining, listing, and buying are free. FeliSolve charges vendors a commission (currently 8%) on completed sales only. It's deducted automatically before payout.
Offers and negotiation
Buyers may propose a price on any listing. An accepted offer is a commitment to that price for 48 hours; completing checkout at the agreed price forms the sale. Vendors may automate responses with a private floor price.
Vendor obligations
List only parts you actually have, describe their condition honestly (new, refurbished, or tokunbo), ship promptly, and pack properly. Counterfeit parts are prohibited — listings are removed and repeat offenders are banned and may be reported to authorities.
Verification (CAC/ID) is optional to start selling but required for the verified badge. Suspended shops cannot sell.
Buyer obligations
Confirm delivery when your part arrives, and only open disputes honestly. Abuse of disputes or offers can lead to account restrictions.
AI features
Feli (the assistant), AI listing drafts, negotiation replies, and admin summaries are provided as-is to help — always verify part fitment before purchase. Final decisions on disputes are made by people, not AI.
Liability
We work hard to keep the platform accurate and available, but the sale contract is between buyer and vendor. Our liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question, to the maximum extent Nigerian law permits.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We may update them as the platform grows; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
